FAQs
Will it ruin or cause my natural lashes to fall out?
No. Our trained lash stylist isolate each natural lash, then apply the eyelash extension being careful to NOT disturb the natural growth of the natural eyelash. Remember that your natural lashes have their own life cycle of falling and growing – like the hair found elsewhere on your body, your lashes will naturally shed with the lash extension attached to it. The goal is to see the majority of your lash extensions fall out attached to a single natural lash.
Do we fill other lash techs work?
Yes! There is a $15 fee for foreign fills. You will be asked to showcase the previous lash techs work, after inspection, if comfortable, we will proceed and do the fill. If its seems that the previous lashes are damaging to the natural lash, messy, or not up to par with our standards, we will have to do a removal ($10 on top of a new set) and do a new set.
*We cannot guarantee any work done on foreign fills due to the fact that all lash artists use different products (ex. adhesive, lengths, lashes). This makes it difficult to troubleshoot if we run into any issues.
What is the process and how long does the process take?
Lash extensions are applied while you are lying down with your eyes closed on a comfortable spa bed in a serene setting. This usually takes about 1.5 hours for a full set of lashes, depending on the lashes you decide to get.
When are fills required?
Our natural lashes shed everyday. on average we lose anywhere from 1-5 lashes a day. Lashes will last between 2 to 3 weeks depending on your skincare routine and your own natural lash life cycle. At least 40% must be remaining for it to be considered a fill. Anything less will be considered a new set.
If you feel your lashes may have less than 40%, please notify us prior to your appointment or re-book sooner so we can have enough time for you!
Allergic Reactions
Allergic reaction are RARE and unpredictable. Allergic reactions can happen at any given moment, even if you have been wearing lash extensions for a long time. We always stand behind our work and strive to provide the best experience possible, however, due to the cost incurred in time and materials we do not offer refunds at this time.
in the case you feel any itching, swelling, pain or burning contact us immediately to have your lashes removed. Contact a physician as we are not medical professions!
Allergic reactions or irritations can be caused from multiple factors during the lash extension application process. They can happen randomly and with varied severity, even if you haven’t had a reaction before. Most people won’t know they are allergic or susceptible to irritation until after the lash appointment within the first 24/48 hours. Some of the most common symptoms can be redness, swelling of the eyelid close to the lash line, itching, and flaky or dry skin.
